Description:
WZ-9L Wet & dry type rotary shotcrete pump is a multifunctional rotor machine able to apply wet and dry spraying and conveying pea-gravel. It is with effective outputs up to 3-9 cubic metres/h. The materials which can be sprayed and conveyed are pea gravel and crushed stone, concrete, mortar, refractory, sand. Therefore, this wet & dry type rotary shotcrete machine is installed into the TBM for the pea gravel spraying, as well as it is widely used in mines, tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower projects, underground projects, etc.
WZ-9L wet & dry type rotary shotcrete machine compared with the traditional spraying and conveying machine, it has several advantages: hydraulic floating compression (pressure automatic compensation after the rubber sealing plate is worn), hydraulic turning hopper house, hydraulic lifting rotor body, automatic anti-blocking function, rubber seal plate automatic lubrication, the locally control mode and remote control function with PLC control system, which greatly enhance the degree of automation of the machine and increase the machine efficiency.
