WGP220/350/50DPI-D Cement grout pump and mixer unit is a combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump in one base frame, based on our existing grout pump and mixer unit. The cement grout pump and mixer is mainly used to be made bentonite slurry, cement slurry, etc., also in the application highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining and other ground and underground construction. 

When the grout pump and mixer unit working , the high-speed, high-shear colloidal mixer cause a vortex flow to ensures mix quickly and evenly. Water, cement or bentonite is quickly mixed into a homogeneous slurry. Then the mixed slurry was delivered to the agitator. Grout pump injects from the mixing drum (storage tank). This ensures a continuous mixing and grouting operations. The grout pump and mixer unit is hydraulic drive with electric motor. Grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable. The cement grout pump and mixer has compact size and easy to operate. The grout pump and mixer unit also takes up a small space.
