For some remote work sites or no three-phase voltage zones, customers are willing to purchase hose pumps instead of motor-driven hose pumps.

The hose pump is ideal for pumping foam concrete at the top of the house for thermal insulation. During the entire pumping process, the foamed concrete does not come into contact with the mechanical parts and only contacts the extruded hose. Compared to other types of pumps, foam concrete hose pumps have some outstanding features, such as the sample structure, the hose is the only wear part, dry running without damage, reverse. The working principle is very simple, as follows:

The squeeze hose is U-shaped in the pump room, and the hose deforms when the rotor drives the drum to rotate. After the drum rotates, the deformed hose is restored by its elasticity. Therefore, a negative pressure in the hose is generated, the slurry is sucked in, and discharged through the outlet under the push of the roller, eventually forming a pressure transfer of the slurry.
