The WODE E90R portable diamond core drill rig features an integrated skid-mounted structure, housing the power system, hydraulic feed mechanism, drill bit, winch, and four-post mast on a compact frame. The core drill rig has a small overall footprint and is equipped with casters for easy relocation between different boreholes, making it particularly suitable for areas with limited transportation or where large drilling rigs are difficult to access.

The rig comes standard with a 15HP diesel engine and can be optionally equipped with a 15kW electric motor, adapting to both environments with no stable power supply and continuous operation at fixed sites. Its NW casing drilling capacity reaches 100m, and multiple spindle speeds can be selected according to different formations and drilling tool requirements. The hydraulic feed system provides relatively stable pressure and speed control, helping to reduce disturbance to core samples during drilling and improving the continuity and integrity of core sampling.
In addition to vertical drilling, the E90R drill bit assembly is also rotatable and adjustable to meet the needs of angulated hole drilling at certain angles. The hydraulic sliding base allows operators to quickly adjust the position of the equipment relative to the hole, reducing repetitive handling and manual calibration time. The accompanying winch mechanism assists in raising and lowering the drill string and core sampling operations, improving on-site construction efficiency.
