Introduction of WODE E90R Portable Diamond Core Drilling Rig

The WODE E90R portable diamond core drilling rig features a compact, rail-mounted design that allows for rapid deployment in remote areas whilst maintaining excellent drilling stability.

Its twin hydraulic cylinders provide continuous feed adjustment and strong lifting force, while the swivel drill head enables both vertical and inclined drilling operations. The hydraulic slide base allows quick positioning between boreholes, improving drilling efficiency on site.

Robust Chassis: Features a steel towing skid as the load-bearing base, fitted with three towing rollers to facilitate movement between drilling sites.

Movable Slider: Equipped with a hydraulically driven sliding base, allowing for 370 mm of fore-and-aft displacement during drilling to facilitate alignment with the borehole.

Power Unit: Standard specification includes a 15-horsepower diesel engine (other power units are available as options).

Transmission: A four-speed gearbox drives the winch and drill bit, adapting to different operating conditions.

Geological Core Drill Machine

Winch Control: Features a planetary gear-type winch drum; the brake and clutch are fitted with wrap-around brake bands and are operated manually via an off-centre cam handle.

Hydraulic Feed: The drill bit is fitted with twin hydraulic cylinders, allowing for infinitely variable feed speed adjustment.

Powerful Thrust: At a hydraulic pressure of 103 bar (105 kg/cm²), it can generate an upward thrust of 5,580 kgf.

Angled Drilling: The drill bit can rotate and swing, supporting angled drilling operations.

Constant-pressure oil supply: A variable-displacement vane pump, driven directly by the engine, provides hydraulic power, ensuring pressure is available at all times whilst the engine is running.

Operating parameters: The maximum operating pressure is 103 bar (105 kg/cm²), and the hydraulic oil tank capacity is 30 litres.

Four-section column-type mast: The standard configuration is a four-section column type, with outriggers anchored to the towing skid.

Reinforced bracing: Bracing struts are fitted at three height levels to ensure operational stability.

Lifting height: Approximately 5.6 metres.
