Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig for Mineral Exploration and Geological Survey
The WODE E90R hydraulic core drill rig employs a spindle-type hydraulic feed system, continuously powered by a variable displacement vane pump. Compared to drilling equipment that relies primarily on manual feed control, the hydraulic system allows for smoother adjustment of drilling speed and feed pressure, maintaining a relatively stable working state for the drill bit in various soft and hard formations, thus helping to reduce core breakage, stuck drill bits, and abnormal drill bit wear.
In mineral exploration and geological surveys, the integrity of core samples directly impacts stratigraphic identification, ore body analysis, and subsequent development decisions. The WODE E90R hydraulic core drill rig is designed with stable feed and multi-condition adaptability in mind, suitable for operations such as mine prospecting, engineering geological surveys, core sampling, and shallow resource exploration.

The E90R’s NW casing drilling capacity reaches 100m, generating 5,580 kgf of upward thrust under rated hydraulic conditions. The equipment offers multiple forward speeds and reverse rotation functions, allowing operators to adjust the drilling status according to rock hardness, borehole depth, and drill bit specifications. The drill bit assembly also supports angle adjustment, enabling both conventional vertical coring and drilling in inclined ore bodies, slope strata, and special exploration holes.

Considering that mineral exploration projects often require cross-hole operations, this drilling rig centrally mounts the drill bit, winch mechanism, hydraulic system, and power unit on a steel skid chassis, equipped with movable pulleys and a hydraulic sliding base. After relocation, the equipment can be quickly aligned with the hole position, reducing disassembly and recalibration time and improving the continuity of multi-hole exploration tasks.
The WODE E90R Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig can be powered by either a diesel engine or an electric motor, adapting to remote mining areas and fixed exploration sites. Its combination of hydraulic control, angled drilling, and portable structure provides a drilling solution for mineral exploration and geological surveys that balances coring quality, construction efficiency, and field adaptability.
