Recently, two clients from Australia visited our factory to inspect the
HWGP400/1000/90DPL-E integrated grout mixing plant. This client primarily engages in retaining wall construction, frequently requiring cement grout injection, foundation reinforcement, and wall stabilization treatment, and therefore plans to purchase their own grouting system.
During initial communication, the client stated:
“We are engaged in retaining wall construction and frequently perform grouting operations. We now hope to purchase our own grouting equipment.”
Since the client had not yet determined the required grouting flow rate and working pressure for their project, our technical team conducted a detailed analysis of the client's actual needs, taking into account their construction methods, grout materials, delivery distance, and site conditions, and recommended an integrated equipment solution suitable for retaining wall grouting construction.

Two Professional Engineers Accompanied and Explained Throughout the Visit
During the factory visit, two of our engineers accompanied the two Australian clients, providing a professional and detailed explanation of our equipment structure, workflow, main components, and operating methods.
The presentation covered the following key aspects:
High-speed preparation of cement slurry and ultrafine cement slurry;
Continuous storage and mixing of slurry;
Selection of grouting pump flow rate and pressure;
Maximum allowable particle diameter;
Connection method between slurry outlet and grouting pipeline;
Daily operation and maintenance methods;
Electrical configuration and customized production solutions.
The client carefully inspected the high-speed slurry mixer, agitator, plunger-type grouting pump, and electrical control system from different locations. Our engineer also explained the working principle of the entire system and how the integrated design improves slurry preparation efficiency and provides a continuous and stable slurry supply for retaining wall grouting projects.

Integrated Grout Mixing Plant for Retaining Wall Projects
Retaining wall construction typically requires grouting to fill voids, reinforce the soil, enhance the foundation's bearing capacity, or stabilize the area behind the wall. Therefore, a stable cement slurry mixing and injection system is crucial for ensuring slurry quality and controlling the grouting process.
The HWGP400/1000/90DPL-E grout mixing plant integrates a high-speed grout mixer, a large-capacity agitator, and a plunger-type grouting pump onto a single platform.
Equipped with a 400L high-speed grout mixer, this system boasts a grouting capacity of up to 6 m³/h, enabling rapid and uniform preparation of cement grout. After mixing, the grout enters the 1000L agitator, where continuous low-speed agitation reduces sedimentation and segregation.
The accompanying plunger-type grouting pump operates at a flow rate of 90 L/min and a working pressure of 10 bar, suitable for retaining wall grouting, foundation grouting, soil reinforcement, void filling, and other projects requiring continuous grout preparation and injection.
Compared to separate grout mixers, mixers, and pumps, this integrated grouting system reduces on-site equipment footprint and piping connections, resulting in a more compact and continuous grouting process.
This integrated design is particularly suitable for contractors who require frequent grouting operations and wish to utilize their own equipment instead of leased or separate units.

Customized Grouting Equipment Solutions Available
Different retaining wall, foundation reinforcement, and geotechnical engineering projects have varying requirements for grout materials, grouting flow rates, working pressures, power standards, and equipment layouts.
The standard power supply for this model is three-phase 380V, 50Hz. However, we can customize the equipment voltage, frequency, pump flow rate, grouting pressure, and overall layout according to the customer's country's power standards and actual construction requirements.
Customers only need to provide us with the following construction information:
1. Grouting materials used
2. Water-cement ratio or grout mix proportion
3. Required grouting flow rate and pressure
4. Local power standard
