Electric Colloidal Grout Mixer for Underground Construction Projects
Our HWM300E electric colloidal grout mixer uses a 7.5kW motor to drive a high-speed impeller. Through strong vortex and shearing action, it rapidly mixes cement, bentonite, water, and additives to form a uniform and stable engineering slurry.
The impeller speed reaches 1450rpm, with a single batch mixing time of approximately 3 minutes. The electric drive ensures stable operation and eliminates diesel engine exhaust at the construction site, making it suitable for underground construction sites with three-phase power and high ventilation requirements.
Underground engineering projects such as tunnels, subways, shafts, and mines have limited space, placing high demands on equipment size, slurry stability, and continuous grouting capacity. Ordinary mixing equipment, if slow in mixing speed or with insufficient slurry dispersion, can easily cause settling, bleeding, pipeline blockage, and grouting interruptions.

The HWM300E electric colloidal grout mixer has a mixing capacity of 300L and can be used for preparing cement slurry, bentonite slurry, and cement-bentonite composite slurry. The grout mixer can be used as an independent grouting unit or combined with a slurry storage mixer and grouting pump to achieve continuous grouting and pressure grouting.

The electric colloidal grout mixer can continuously provide a uniform and stable grouting solution in limited underground construction spaces. WODE can also configure mixer, storage tank, and grouting pump combinations for customers based on the construction environment, grout formulation, target output, and grouting pressure.
