Electric driven floor screed conveyors
The HWDPX200 electric driven floor screed conveyor is a highly efficient and cost-effective electric-pneumatic conveying unit, equipped with an 11kW motor. It is specifically designed for the mixing and conveying of various dry powders and semi-dry/wet mixtures, and is capable of handling materials that are difficult for screw pumps or piston pumps to process. Often referred to as a ‘mortar conveying pump’, it is widely used on all types of construction sites.

This electric driven floor screed conveyor requires an on-site air compressor for operation, with a recommended compressed air flow rate of 4–6 m³/min; a stable air supply ensures continuous conveying. The unit is simple to operate, easy to handle and has low maintenance costs, making it highly practical for high-frequency operation on construction sites.

The electric driven floor screed conveyor has a total capacity of 250 litres and a net capacity of 200 litres, supporting long-distance conveyance of up to 100 metres horizontally and 40 metres vertically, with stable and continuous material supply. Under standard operating conditions, it can convey materials with a maximum particle size of 16 mm; with simple modifications and the use of large-diameter conveying pipes, it can handle materials with a maximum particle size of 32 mm.

The electric driven floor screed conveyor can convey a wide range of construction materials, including refractory materials, sand and gravel, mortar, fine-aggregate concrete, masonry mortar, cement- and gypsum-based self-levelling mortars, gravel, roofing materials and earthworks, covering applications such as flooring, civil engineering and roofing works.
